I'm answering my own post. The theme does'nt appear to be of much interest,at least for now. However when fuel costs spiral up in the future
we will see a return to fuel saving ideas and developments.
The subject is low key at present so there is no better time to investigate
and try systems that will save dollars at the pump in the near future.
There are a lot of hardware components presently being promoted, some
with exaggerated claims. For those interested in eventually giving one or
more such systems a try now is a good time to investigate the technology
that these systems are based on, and to eliminate those that do not appear
to understand the basics.
I would invite any with hands-on application to summarize their experiece.
