What you say about applying the same polarity to both zones (inner and outer tube) is interesting and I will definitely try it. But, how can the molecules orientat ine one direction if ther is no difference in potential? What I can imagine is that the field lines gets coarser at larger diameter, but if that has an effect it would only be a very small effect. If you pulse (-/+) -> (+/+) -> (+/-) -> (-/-) it would make more sense to me. Or is it anything I have missed?
By the way, may I ask what tube sizes you have used? I assume a tube spacing much larger than in the HHO case would be fine, but haven't tested yet.
