Abstract
This document describes Ravi Raju's replication of Stan Meyer's Water Fuel Cell, based on US Patent 4,936,961 and Dave Lawton's D14 plans. Ravi is NOT Stan Meyer — he is an independent researcher who successfully replicated the VIC circuit and documented his construction process, tube preparation, and test results.
