Abstract
Physics Letters A, Vol. 117, No. 2, 1986. Reports powerful explosions produced by discharging capacitor banks through water. The energy released exceeded electrical input by a significant factor. Documents anomalous energy release from high-voltage water discharge. CRITICAL for VIC/WFC research: direct experimental evidence of excess energy from electrically stressed water, supporting Stan Meyer's claims. This is the foundational Graneau water explosion paper.
