Dear Faithful Distributor and/or Friend of WFC:
Enclosed are three items of interest for your information.
First, we have added pages 8–11 to the Fall, 1996 International News Release Technical Supplemental Report, Issue 11A. Stan found that the report was exceptionally well received during his recent October 1996 trip to Europe. However, he found himself going to the blackboard to explain particle oscillation as an energy generator to cause the water droplets to convert into thermal explosive energy giving way to the development of the Water Fuel Injection Technology.
This technology has been openly confirmed by actual independent laboratory testing. The over unity effect of the technology has now been scientifically verified by the German Association of Vacuum Field Energy as shown in the enclosed letter by Dr. H. A. Nieper, a world renowned expert on energy conversion. This came about through Stan’s initial presentation in Switzerland in 1989 during the 1st World Symposium on Energy. The use of Vacuum Field (Zero Point or Universal) Energy as a free energy source has now been established as a major historical event. This is directly related to the WFC edited tape “It Runs on Water” shown on Channel 4 in London, England during their prime time Equinox program on 17 December 1995. This tape is now available to the Dealerships for a nominal cost of $35.00 plus $5.00 postage.
Our third enclosure is a seven year history of continuous attempts to takeover the WFC technology. Stan’s efforts to counter these attempts have been time consuming and costly. However, with the Lord’s direct intervention and guidance, WFC has progressed to the position of being the focal point of world scientific acceptance of “Using Water as a New Fuel Source” as so indicated in the enclosed Technical Supplemental Report.
Your prayers in continued support of WFC are necessary to carry WFC into the manufacturing stage for distribution.
