Abstract
Classic comprehensive textbook on electromagnetic theory from MIT. Full derivations of Ampère's circuital law, Biot-Savart law, magnetic dipoles, current loops, boundary conditions, wave propagation, and guided waves. Covers both static and time-varying fields rigorously. Relevant to VIC research: rigorous treatment of electromagnetic field behavior in resonant circuits, waveguide theory (applicable to VIC choke analysis), and dielectric polarization.
