WFC efficiency depends on LC tuning frequency, ion mobility, and plate spacing
The efficiency of the Water Fuel Cell process depends on the tuning frequency of the LC circuit and having this balanced with the mobility of the ions and the spacing between the plates; a relaxation time after each pulse may also be needed to increase the period for ionised charges to recombine and hydrogen/oxygen to be collected.
