Sweep: Co-sweep water/electrode Randles levers (purity, temperature, surface treatment) with moderated peak_v/duty at near-best 10mm/50mm geometry to slide V_cell down from 837V/334Td into the 80-250 Td CGDE film-lighting window while holding Faradaic leakage <10mA.

Water/electrodes (Randles): 0.1ppm Na+ @ 4°C, surface ×0.25 → λ_D 228nm, C_dl 0.7µF, cell series R 11.6Ω, displacement current 99.1%, breakdown margin ×60. Fig-8 voltammetry (4,798,661): τ_EDL 93655.0µs (9192.9 carrier cycles to charge), Faradaic leakage at peak 23.7mA (leak score 0.81 — keep amp leakage inhibited while voltage climbs the ladder). Vapor-film discharge (CGDE onset, 1105V across 0.1mm film): regime townsend-avalanche, film Paschen 719V, 440 Td. Per-molecule (series micro-capacitor chain): 3.70M molecules across 1.00mm → 298.28 µV/molecule (polarization (µV band)). Chokes: 2 × 0.001H (200 turns, AWG 18, 24m wire, AC R 0.9Ω each). At resonance f_r = 98.16kHz: Xl = 1233Ω, Xc = 1233Ω, tank Q = 92.1, coil Q = 705.3. Cell voltage 1105V from 12V drive (×92.1). Tank current 0.90A circulating (CW upper bound — rate wire/switch for this); average input 18mA at 2% duty. No hard violations (band, wire length, dielectric). Average current is scored, not gated. Score 0.810.
