WFC design session v25: best candidate (Q=70.9, 72.9kHz)

Sweep: Walk f_r down from ~98kHz toward 60kHz around adopted #1 cell by raising C_eff via colder water (higher εr) and longer/multi-cell electrodes, while testing whether the resulting higher Q lifts yield without breaching 250 Td or 1A — holding Td near 186.

At resonance f_r = 72.92kHz: Xl = 1558Ω, Xc = 1558Ω, tank Q = 70.9, coil Q = 1112.2. Cell voltage 850V from 12V drive (×70.9), series current 545.9mA. All constraints satisfied (current <1A, band, wire length). Score 0.718.
