WFC design session v21: best candidate (Q=100.7, 98.8kHz)

Sweep: chemistry/choke sweeps done per plan; now fine-resolve geometry near #1 with cells/length variation to test choke thermal margin at f_r~100kHz while probing if slight gap widening trades a little Q for lower frequency and better core-loss headroom

Cell: 9mm rod in 13.0mm tube × 100mm, 1 cell(s) parallel → C_eff = 1.31nF, bulk water R = 136423Ω. Water/electrodes (Randles): 0.1ppm Na+ @ 3°C, surface ×0.25 → λ_D 227nm, C_dl 1.4µF, cell series R 11.1Ω, displacement current 99.1%, breakdown margin ×111. Chokes: 2 × 0.00099H (129 turns, AWG 18, 15m wire, AC R 0.6Ω each). At resonance f_r = 98.84kHz: Xl = 1230Ω, Xc = 1230Ω, tank Q = 100.7, coil Q = 1086.8. Cell voltage 1208V from 12V drive (×100.7), series current 982.3mA. All constraints satisfied (current <1A, band, wire length). Score 0.840.
