WFC charge/discharge cycle: ions pulled to electrodes on charge, may recombine on discharge
On the charging side of the Water Fuel Cell circuit, ions are pulled out of the dielectric water and moved toward the metal electrodes; on the discharging side they may go back into solution, and a portion of these ions form hydrogen and oxygen via normal electrolysis-type processes, bubbling to the surface.
