Water molecule orientation caused by opposite electrical fields on excitor plates
Because the water molecule's hydrogen atoms are positively charged and the oxygen atom is negatively charged, the applied analog voltage pulse causes random water molecules to spin and orient: hydrogen atoms are attracted to the negative voltage plate while the oxygen atom is attracted to the positive voltage plate.
