The water capacitor of the fuel cell consisted of two concentric cylinders 4 inches long; the outside cylinder was 0.75 inch outside diameter, the inner cylinder was 0.5 inch outside diameter, with a spacing of 0.0625 inch from the outer surface of the inner cylinder to the inner surface of the outer cylinder.
