Water dissociation observed to begin at ~10 volts pulsed stimulation
During the bench demonstration of the Water Fuel Cell, dissociation of water into hydrogen and oxygen by pulsed voltage stimulation was observed to begin at about 10 volts and increased markedly with increasing voltage.
