Sweep: At C=1.37nF (1-2 cell), sweep per-choke L 3.7-9mH to land f_r in the untested 32-50kHz band with high-turn AWG18-22 coils, and raise peak_v (low duty) to drive Td toward 80.

Water/electrodes (Randles): 2ppm Na+ @ 25°C, surface ×1 → λ_D 53nm, C_dl 55.8µF, cell series R 509.5Ω, displacement current 53.8%, breakdown margin ×85. Vapor-film discharge (CGDE onset, 350V across 0.1mm film): regime sub-breakdown, film Paschen 719V, 140 Td — INSIDE the 3-6 eV cold-chemistry window. Per-molecule (series micro-capacitor chain): 1.85M molecules across 0.50mm → 189.20 µV/molecule (polarization (µV band)). Chokes: 2 × 0.0037H (900 turns, AWG 18, 107m wire, AC R 2.2Ω each). At resonance f_r = 12.91kHz: Xl = 600Ω, Xc = 600Ω, tank Q = 1.2, coil Q = 133.5. Cell voltage 350V from 300V drive (×1.2). Tank current 0.58A circulating (CW upper bound — rate wire/switch for this); average input 117mA at 20% duty. No hard violations (band, wire length, dielectric). Average current is scored, not gated.
