VIC design session v9: best candidate (Q=66.7, 99.1kHz)

Sweep: AWG20/150t and L~1mH already explored; now test heavier wire AWG18-19 at fixed 150t to see if lower coil R pushes tank Q and voltage beyond the 0.9Ω/Q64.4 baseline

At resonance f_r = 99.08kHz: Xl = 1245Ω, Xc = 1245Ω, tank Q = 66.7, coil Q = 1012.9. Cell voltage 801V from 12V drive (×66.7), series current 643.2mA. All constraints satisfied (current <1A, band, wire length). Score 0.724.
