VIC design session v13: best candidate (Q=27.6, 326.8kHz)

Sweep: Wide choke geometry sweep away from 1mH anchor (varying L via turns/AWG) to test if a distinct inductance regime yields higher tank Q than the water-branch-limited 130t/1mH point, since ppm/surface and fine choke perturbations are already exhausted

Cell: 9mm rod in 13.0mm tube × 100mm, 1 cell(s) parallel → C_eff = 1.19nF, bulk water R = 12014Ω. Water/electrodes (Randles): 2ppm Na+ @ 25°C, surface ×1 → λ_D 53nm, C_dl 21.9µF, cell series R 14.1Ω, displacement current 96.7%, breakdown margin ×361. Chokes: 2 × 0.0001H (40 turns, AWG 20, 5m wire, AC R 0.4Ω each). At resonance f_r = 326.82kHz: Xl = 411Ω, Xc = 411Ω, tank Q = 27.6, coil Q = 502.2. Cell voltage 331V from 12V drive (×27.6), series current 806.8mA. VIOLATIONS: resonance 326.8kHz outside practical 1-100kHz band Score 0.293.
