VIC design session v110: best candidate (Q=14.2, 89.9kHz)

Sweep: Cross a fine choke grid around the AWG18 1mH/200T champ with a higher-L/higher-turn coupled-mode branch, driven at moderate-to-low peak_v (below the stale 120V point) at low duty, to pull the 470 Td film back toward the 80-250 Td CGDE band via magnification/coupling rather than re-walking a pure amplitude ladder.

Cell: 20mm rod in 23.0mm tube × 50mm, 1 cell(s) parallel → C_eff = 1.57nF, bulk water R = 16412Ω. Water/electrodes (Randles): 1ppm Na+ @ 25°C, surface ×0.5 → λ_D 75nm, C_dl 7.8µF, cell series R 78.2Ω, displacement current 93.5%, breakdown margin ×163. Fig-8 voltammetry (4,798,661): τ_EDL 127883.8µs (11502.4 carrier cycles to charge), Faradaic leakage at peak 47.6mA (leak score 0.66 — keep amp leakage inhibited while voltage climbs the ladder). Vapor-film discharge (CGDE onset, 567V across 0.1mm film): regime sub-breakdown, film Paschen 684V, 226 Td — INSIDE the 3-6 eV cold-chemistry window. Townsend α/γ: γ = 0.02 (electrode lever), criterion M = γ(e^{αd}−1) = 0.132 → SUB-CRITICAL, the target corner: avalanche multiplying, γ feedback still open, gas stays cold. Per-molecule (series micro-capacitor chain): 5.56M molecules across 1.50mm → 102.07 µV/molecule (polarization (µV band)). Chokes: 2 × 0.001H (180 turns, AWG 18, 21m wire, AC R 0.8Ω each). At resonance f_r = 89.94kHz: Xl = 1130Ω, Xc = 1130Ω, tank Q = 14.2, coil Q = 744.8. Cell voltage 567V from 40V drive (×14.2). Tank current 0.50A circulating (CW upper bound — rate wire/switch for this); average input 10mA at 2% duty. No hard violations (band, wire length, dielectric). Average current is scored, not gated. Score 0.627.
