VIC design session v104: best candidate (Q=7.3, 90.0kHz)

Sweep: Finer grid around the adopted AWG22 0.7 mH tank plus higher-L/higher-turn territory to push f_r below 85 kHz, sweeping low-duty low-peak drive to trend Faradaic leakage down and find the sub-breakdown ceiling.

Cell: 14mm rod in 19.0mm tube × 120mm, 1 cell(s) parallel → C_eff = 1.74nF, bulk water R = 8314Ω. Water/electrodes (Randles): 2ppm Na+ @ 25°C, surface ×1 → λ_D 53nm, C_dl 39.9µF, cell series R 126.5Ω, displacement current 88.9%, breakdown margin ×170. Fig-8 voltammetry (4,798,661): τ_EDL 331375.9µs (29819.6 carrier cycles to charge), Faradaic leakage at peak 266.4mA (leak score 0.29 — keep amp leakage inhibited while voltage climbs the ladder). Vapor-film discharge (CGDE onset, 877V across 0.1mm film): regime townsend-avalanche, film Paschen 719V, 349 Td. Per-molecule (series micro-capacitor chain): 9.26M molecules across 2.50mm → 94.67 µV/molecule (polarization (µV band)). Chokes: 2 × 0.0009H (800 turns, AWG 22, 96m wire, AC R 6.4Ω each). At resonance f_r = 89.99kHz: Xl = 1018Ω, Xc = 1018Ω, tank Q = 7.3, coil Q = 79.3. Cell voltage 877V from 120V drive (×7.3). Tank current 0.86A circulating (CW upper bound — rate wire/switch for this); average input 17mA at 2% duty. No hard violations (band, wire length, dielectric). Average current is scored, not gated. Score 0.398.
