Varying spacing between plate exciters directly controls gas generation rate and electron leakage

Means for varying the physical spacing between the spatially positioned plate exciters are used to vary the rate of hydrogen/oxygen gas generation; this spacing variation is correlated with control of electron leakage between the plates and can be matched in wavelengths to a given pulse repetition rate.
