Stainless steel excitor plates form oscillating voltage zones of opposite polarity in water
The pulse waveform from the bypass coil (9) is transferred to stainless steel excitor plates submerged in natural water; due to skin-effect, voltage zones of opposite polarity form across the plates, collapsing when the pulse is switched off and re-forming when reapplied, creating an oscillating voltage field called voltage zones, taking the geometric shape of the plate material.
