The electrical conductivity of T304 stainless steel together with water's dielectric property (water insulating against amp flow) sets up electrical conduction zone (587), allowing the voltage pulse waveforms (T4a...T4n / T4ba...T4bn) to be transmitted along the inner tube walls adjacent to the water bath (68) via the Skin Effect.
