Resonant charging chokes flank the water capacitor on each side

A resonant charging choke is placed on each side of the water capacitor; a diode acts as a switch allowing the inductor's magnetic field to collapse, doubling the pulse frequency and preventing the capacitor from discharging, producing a continuous voltage across the capacitor plates in the water bath.
