Resonance in the circuit was achieved at a 26 volt applied pulse to the primary coil of the toroid at 10 kHz, causing water molecules to disassociate into elemental hydrogen and oxygen along with previously dissolved atmospheric gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon).
