Repetitive voltage pulsing raises hydrogen electron to a higher energy state
Repetitive pulsing of the applied voltage fields (66/67) oscillates the Energy Aperture (7) to emit a greater amount of Universal Energy (9a...9n) into the proton nucleus, increasing the hydrogen atom's energy level and deflecting the hydrogen electron to a higher energy state, as illustrated in Figure (5-3).
