Referred (n²-scaled) values, not raw values, are what make choke and cell parameters comparable

Primary-side and secondary-side (choke-side and cell-side) inductance/capacitance/resistance values must be referred to the SAME side before comparing them — raw measured values are not directly comparable across a transformation ratio n = N_primary/N_secondary. Referred to the primary: R' = R/n², L' = L/n², C' = n²×C. Referred to the secondary: R'' = n²×R, L'' = n²×L, C'' = C/n². Worked example: with n=20, a secondary-side capacitance of just 100 pF becomes 40 nF referred to the primary — a seemingly tiny HV-side capacitance can dominate the primary-side resonant tank. Likewise a 10 µH primary leakage inductance becomes 4 mH referred to the secondary. "Primary leakage" and "secondary leakage" numbers should never be compared or summed without first referring both to the same side.
