Pulse off-time is adjusted to compensate for magnetic coupling field rise/fall to produce unipolar waveforms

Pulse Off-time (T2, Figure 7-8, related to item 620 of Figure 7-1) is adjusted to compensate for the rise and fall of the magnetic coupling field (71), producing applied Unipolar Wave-forms (64a through 64n) that enter the Wave-guides (35a/35b/35c).
