Positive/negative pulsed voltage on plate exciters polarizes water molecule atoms
Simultaneous application of a positive voltage pulse to one plate exciter and a negative pulse to the other, in a vessel of natural water, forms polarized voltage zones: the positive plate zone attracts negative-charged oxygen atoms and the negative plate zone attracts positive-charged hydrogen atoms, causing disassociation and release of hydrogen and oxygen gas.
