Particle Oscillation enlarges energy apertures of both water atoms simultaneously

The disruption of electron spin-velocity forces the energy apertures of both unlike atoms of the water molecule (Figure 5-1 item 500, Figure 5-2 item 510) to be momentarily enlarged, separately but simultaneously — a phenomenon called Particle Oscillation — allowing a greater amount of energy to enter, travel through, and pass beyond each stimulated atom's energy spectrum.
