Oscillation of charged particles via voltage deflection is called 'Resonant Action'

Ionized atoms and free floating negative electrons are deflected by pulsing electrical voltage fields of opposite polarity through the Electrical Polarization Process, imparting a second physical particle-impact force onto the charged water bath; this back-and-forth oscillation via voltage deflection is called 'Resonant Action' (Figure 1-10).
