The replicated cell used plan-sandwich electrodes (outer negative, inner positive excitor) with a 3" x 2" plate area and a 0.062" (1.6mm) water gap, consuming 3-5W at 12VDC and producing about 0.5-1 cubic centimeter of gas per minute.
