The mutual inductance field between paired chokes 56/62 prevents amp in-fluxing (discouraging electron arc-over) across the Dielectric Capacitor Gap (ER)(66/67) while Electrical Stress of opposite voltage polarity (B+/B-) initiates the Energy Priming Stage (520, Fig 5-3), termed 'Voltage Tickling of State Space.'
