A non-magnetic, non-conductive closed loop of tubing (24) is attached to the gas collection chamber outlet; polarized magnetic particles are circulated through this loop by an electrical and/or mechanical pump (45), later replaced by a non-mechanical electrical particle accelerator (46) with no moving parts.
