Magnetic keeper-bar acts as field spoiler collapsing field before Stator entry
For maximum operational efficiency of the Stator assembly (30), the magnetic keeper-bar (39) also acts as a magnetic field spoiler by disrupting particle alignment, collapsing the magnetic field (4/11) prior to particle entrance into the Stator Assembly, with the field reforming after exiting.
