Laser energy is superimposed onto Gas Destabilization Process to aid Electron Extraction
Laser energy (v), shown in Figure 1-1, is injected into or superimposed onto the Gas Destabilization Process to help promote the Electron Extraction Process, since absorbed light (electromagnetic) energy forces gas atom electrons to a higher energy state, weakening the attraction-force (qq') between orbital electrons and the nucleus, as illustrated in Figure 1-5 (Figure 20JX).
