Gas production rate controlled by voltage amplitude and pulse repetition rate

The rate of production of the hydrogen/oxygen/other dissolved gas mixture from natural water is controlled by varying at least one of: the amplitude of the applied voltage, or the pulse repetition rate of the pulsating potential difference applied to the plate exciters.
