Fuel gas quantity delivered per engine cycle is held constant regardless of RPM

The quantity of fuel mixture introduced to the cylinder at intake is the same per cycle regardless of engine RPM; although fuel cell hydrogen production rate must increase with higher RPM, per-cycle hydrogen consumption remains constant, maintained by a tuned gas meter control (items 18, 19) and the gas management system CPU (item 11).
