Free hydrogen/oxygen/gases in water bath receive pulse-voltage stimulation post-dissociation

After the Water Molecule separates into component gases via the Electrical Polarization Process, the liberated hydrogen, oxygen, and dissolved air gases remain submerged in the water bath and are further subjected to pulse-voltage stimulation (SS'/RR'/TT'/UU'), exerting electrical pressure of opposite polarity at the atomic level.
