The circuit of FIG. 9 enhances voltage potential across the resonant charging choke coils by allowing an external electromagnetic pulsing field (F), derived from primary coil A being energized, to traverse coil windings D and E via incoming pulse train Ha...Hn through switching diode G; because F and the incoming pulse train are sequentially the same, resonant action occurs, restricting amp flow while voltage intensity increases.
