Extraction-leg current accounted as EMISSION (bonds-broken bookkeeping), not Faradaic input

Under the WFC-as-DBD frame, the Faradaic current measured from the cell environment to ground — the extraction leg, my Electron Extraction Circuit (which functions like the VIC except an amp-consuming device sits between the resonant chokes, Gas Processor p424) — is accounted as an OUTPUT: electrons liberated by bond-breaking inside the displacement-only field, captured and consumed. Its magnitude tracks the number of electron bonds broken (chemistry bookkeeping, including plasma chemistry), which is why it is treated as the input-side number in conventional accounting. The claimed difference: it is an emission FROM the displacement field, not a Faradaic input INTO it, and it need not be wasted.
