Electron inhibitor 70/74: stainless steel sandwich with resistive material removes upper voltage limit

The electron inhibitor of FIG. 7 comprises a stainless steel sandwich (70/74) with a resistive material between the layers, connected the same way as resistor 60 (between the inner negative plate and ground); stainless steel is a poor conductor and restricts electron flow, and with it the upper amplitude limit before breakdown is effectively removed, allowing gas generation 'to an infinite limit.'
