Electron Extraction Process prevents spark-ignition by controlling electron build-up and gas flow-rate
The Electron Extraction Process is maintained during gas flow-rate changes by varying trigger pulse (59) in direct relationship to applied voltage level (58); this process also prevents spark-ignition of combustible gases traveling through the Gas Resonant Cavity (110) by preventing electron build-up.
