Covalent bond termination (Electrical Polarization Process) occurs at Voltage Level E

At Analog Voltage Level (E), atom charge intensity increases enough to terminate covalent bonding between hydrogen and oxygen atoms; the liberated electron is attracted toward the hydrogen atom while repelled by the oxygen atom, establishing the Electrical Polarization Process. Dissociation is directly related to applied voltage — higher voltage yields higher gas output (Figure 7), with variable voltage fields exceeding hundreds of volts during fuel cell operation.
