The length and diameter of the copper-wire spiral-wrapped coil pair (56/62, Fig 10-1), combined with the applied Voltage Pulse-Frequency, determines how much amp leakage occurs across the capacitor Gap (Cp) as opposite-polarity Voltage Pulse-Potential (Va...Vn/49a...49n) is applied across the Electrical Voltage Plates (66/67).
