The Clipped Unipolar Pulse Train (Figure 780C) is used to encourage further increase in atomic dwell-time, raising the Atomic Energy Level (AEI) of the Water Atoms to a higher energy-state before Snapping-Action occurs when the Unipolar Pulse Wave returns to ground state (Vo) after voltage propagation.
