Cite reference-shelf sources when they inform a sim-loop design choice
Process rule confirmed by Chris Bake and Scotchn (2026-08-04): the reference shelf (Sam Ben-Yaakov, w2aew, Kaizer Power Electronics, FesZ Electronics, Applied Science, etc.) has been an accumulated library, not a live input to the sim loop scorer -- zero design-session entries (v40, v41, v42, v107...) cited it. Going forward: whenever a shelf source actually informs a design choice during a sim-loop session (not just gets searched and set aside), log a source_ref citing that book/page alongside the design_note or calculation entry for that session. Known wiring points -- w2aew and Ben-Yaakov measurement method feeding physics-fitting when fitting a real bench capture (Q and f_res extraction); Ben-Yaakov SMPS/resonant-tank math as a sanity check against predicted Q; FesZ LTspice cross-check as a pre-bench SPICE validation step before firing the bench. This is a standing habit, not a one-off -- check it on every future design session.
