In alternate applications, laser primed ionized liquid oxygen (68) and laser primed liquid hydrogen (69) stored in separate fuel tanks can replace fuel-mixture (48); alternatively, liquefied ambient air gases (6) with water-source (8) can be substituted as fuel-source (48) to trigger the Hydrogen Fracturing Process (100).
