A patent for Mr Davey would have allowed people to compare the two systems, which have similarities. But such plans were never disclosed, nor a patent. However, it it false to say one is inspired by the other, since Mr Dumas has never been aware of Mr Davey's about his own invention. His invention has been disclosed to the public to make it non pantentable, to avoid its suppression, as for many others in the past, and to drive the world to a new Paradigm; which comprises the desalinization of sea water. As such, all technical details have been *offered for free* to you...
And the two systems have similarities ; like the two D of their respective inventors...

You are right, Dumas 's Sphere and Peter Davey 's have *some* similarities.

The inventor says that you just need to link multiple spheres to multiply the OU. I am not quite sure what he means by that, but I am going to do it. First to make a few spheres and then chain link , and observe, both the consumption, and the output.
I would hope the output would be multiplied but the consumption, not. Let's say the inventor will clarify that.
I remeber that he states that clearly a chain of spheres would be able to replace whole nuclear plants at once, with 1,000 of spheres, so I believe taht's really what's going on here ! And that would be HH-OOO-TT !

For the OU 1.17 in the field of experiemental error, I would not hit that road again, because 1,17 has been the least -least observation they made. I would say that this 1,17 is what they observed, having stripped out the observational noise error, but I admit this is what I feel about it. I get this flavor of course because I have read so many replies from the inventor in french on the FB page, and his coworkers.
Anyway, I am trusting the whole demonstration as to have been made by true thermodynamics physicists as being way more competent than me; so to me I consider ex ante that the 1,17 is the point of start. You can of course prefer the prudent way.

Is there a difference between how to produce an effect you don't necessarily understand and nevertheless share its motus operandi with others , and describe a phenomena with a theory...mind ; theories have a life span. Experience does not ever

I personally would flee off that thing, as looking too scaringly difficult to be correctly built. In a humble comparison I say that's miles away from the simple, breeze design of Mr Dumas.

I am not aware that anybody got the Daveys replications to work, since the tuning was itself backward-engineered , with suppositions.

The experiments have been done several times with several "testifiers", and always demonstrated in the OU ; only the last one in Nice in september 2013 was put "money on" to bring in physicists and a thermician and public attorney to have something to show with calculations.
If you have something so easy to build and having a better COP, then please share it...

First, you do know that Mr Davey never let it open to the public as how his invention worked.
The reverse engineering has been done by various people , and there was never a successful demonstration of a >1 OU nor of a easy prototype or way of builing it fastly, easily, and accurately , nor of a clear demonstration of the principles (or supposed principles ) at work. But you have everything of this in the Dumas's notice, and various Mr Dumas's public demonstrations.
Second, you are detecting apparent (let me stress that word, apparent) similarities with the Dumas's Sphere with what was *understood* of Mr Davey's effect. You are right, those are for instance, the similar shape, the effect of instant boiling, the AC current...which lets both of us wondering.
Third, are you detecting the differences ? They are : the perfect sphere shape in Jean Christophe's design, the space of 1,62 millimeters of the sphere and the half sphere, the AC is 220v / 50 hz or 60 hz (or around that value). Those differences just are central to Jean-Christophe 's design.

Nothing is stealed or robbed, the mind thinks robbery and robberies are then seen. Jean-Christophe has never been knowing about the Dumas effect (you are even been more informed than he ever was when he worked on the effect) as he has revealed recently, and I personally fully trust him.

I have of course not evaluated the OU since I trust the people having worked specifically on this. I currently am involved in mastering the effect. I am currently producing more of less of the effect with 400 watts as you will see on the videos. I have no goal, but if I can go along nicely then I may be able to heat my house this winter for those 400 watts i.e. to replicate the inventor's prototype. The inventor said having done so this winter. This project is a nice go-along thing and given that he, and a lot of disinterested people are sharing their experience around it, it's definitely the best almost free energy project I can trust those days, and probably a 2014's "best-of" to heat your house this winter !! Hundreds of people in France are already working on this project...I suggest you to check the web site and the FB page which is even a real time event thing for that project , now.

Expected, it was predictable if not written in advance. What was the least that was the online uprising of some of them as displayed engineers, whose determination to fight Dumas effect left us wondering ... Like many others, I had enrolled on historical or literature forums related to some topics that fascinated me. When I happened to meet a place of expression that I felt not serious or where I felt to totally disagree with, I would quietly leave and hit the road...

If really Dumas effect is a charlots humbug, well, You trollers, please go your route... "It is unnecessary to push a drunkard who will eventually he fall by himself" (Confucius). But then strangely, all these trolls leaders changed multiple times their nicknames to return shortly to the battlefield ever more daring and by all means (parasitizing forums, parasitizing our FB page, created videos or web sites or even a anti-Dumas effect FB page ...). One of them even took the pain of writing a long letter to give a lesson to all editors of newspapers, radio and television who had had the temerity to relay the information of the effect Dumas through their media. Where things got interesting is when a profile study of some of these prolific trolls, we learned that they were ...executives of multinational energy companies ! ...very interesting! ...

2 / The absurd attacks:

I must admit that I simply ignore how much joules you need to create such void.

However, the Dumas Sphere has been shown , demonstrated and expertized (no secret, no hiding of technology, everything is openly and generously shared for you), the Joules calculations were done and the yield at least 117% (COP1,17). It is said that this figure was the worst case scenario and only partially observed, that it is actually higher.

the effect + its OU characteristic is supposed to appear with any dimension.As far as the inventor has tried, a ball of 6/7/8 centimeters will do.
The inventor warns not to go beyond a "basket ball" for security reasons and other phenomena he evokes - so just do like the rest of us and you'll be both safe and successful.

well first I 'm happy to see you got the flavor that this invention, is easily replicable, and leads to a direct sea water desalination device for little electrical consumption.
Although I am still building and measuring, the effect can easily be produced. To get OU is also apparently easy, but the tuning can get you a little more time.
The ideal dimensions are that the upper half sphere has a constant 1,6 mm width spacing with the inner sphere - which can only be produced by a 3D printer, which the inventor doesn't have even on his POC and multiple prototypes. It is not difficult at all to repoduce. You could do this and go for a cheaper heating of your house by NEXT WINTER.

I am still working on the OU measurements and the watts consumption; I am working on the invento'rs sphere size and a bigger size , in my basement. however I trust the process to be OU, and the pain that the inventor and some others took to have it tested independently (10 or more , with a final public and experts certification test) . There has been a LOT of frontal opposition to the effect already - it seems that some people want it to be ridiculed. You already have false "facebook pages" and false "forums" on the web that have emerged, in immediate opposition and criticism to this discovery. in my very humble opinion they are almost all wrongdoes (some may be coming from honest non believers). Even hoaxbuster.com has emitted a "warning for hoax" on this one ! Without having spent one hour on the subject ? just with a team of gossipers ? I now tend to think hoaxbusters.com is a truly false hoaxbusting entity, if it ever been something else, such as quackwatch.com . To me, both are possible organs of propaganda ,( like wikipedia ? ).
I have modest experience in the effect and I believe so much in it. check a guy on youtube.com, his pseudo is "asstuss la bricole" and he already built 2 cheap heat generation machines from one Dumas sphere he built. He has been a source of inspiration ever since.

I'm telling one thing. France is a small country . If an inventor comes up with something and faces such opposition, - I believe first he's honest and second, he's found smoething of value for Humanity - take the ride right now. Because you will then become a first hand testimonial of the lies we are being fed with and most important - that Something has been decided that This should come to an end.

I have just uploaded my basic POC of the Dumas 's Sphere :
- a sphere that boils water into steam (hot steam visible in less than 10 seconds)
- that stays cold ( gets heated with the water being heated though)
- certain tuning appear to produce HHO (white foam).
