In my
most recent video the yellow meter on the left shows amps drawn from the modded pc power supply. Which never usually gets above 1 amp unless i tune the resistances on both pots right to full on. So basically i'm never using more than 12 watts in the most recent video (as a general statement).

BTW. You may get a lower amp draw using a smaller transistor, the BD's or 2n3055's/Mj3055's will allow finer adjustments. I built a few solidstates with these parts and switched to MLJ21194's only to note a higher amp draw, which in turn results in more charging etc....so you may be happy with what you have.

Thanks for your encouragement Ren. Yes i wanted the flexibility of independant tuning of each circuit to allow me to test out how the harmonics of the two coils might serve to enhance fracturization. I can appreciate a master and slave (several) coil config can be advantageous in a mechanically pulsed multi-coil arrangement. (actually it was you who put me on to the proper deployment of that method)
I actually have made some interesting observations. There are definate frequencies that are more chaotically resonant. I can tune one half of the circuit to a specific note and (similar to harmonically tuning a guitar) then I can slowly adjust the other coil until the distortion ripple levels off to combine into one whole note. By tuning one coil back away from this position it is easy to achieve a hammering pulse effect which, at the right frequency, can be quite violent. By pure observation alone i would say that there is a definate increase in fracturization at these "hammering" frequencies. I don't believe this to be what Stan Meyer refers to as a "choke" effect in the water, however it is producing far better than any sg motor i've hooked up to a cell so far.
I really won't be able to make any good statements about my model's HHO productivity until my new cell is built, enclosed and i can do a liter/min comparitive to watts input to the system.
